Tuition Benefits Portal Sign In Instructions

For Members: Click “Sign in” at the top right corner and log in in with your NY.GOV ID. If you do not have an NY.GOV ID, please follow the instructions.

For Providers: Click “Sign in” at the top right corner and follow the instructions to create a personal account to login. Your email must match the email provided on the request for proposal.

​​Save Money on Tuition and Exam Fees

The Tuition Benefits Program offers CSEA-represented NYS employees educational benefits to enhance career mobility, qualify for promotions, improve job skills, and meet future workforce needs. The program includes:

  • Tuition Vouchers - Use vouchers to help pay for tuition at over 150 participating providers.
  • Tuition Reimbursement - Get reimbursed for pre-paid tuition after completing a course with an approved provider.
  • Credit-by-Exam Fee Reimbursement: Receive up to $350 per eligible exam, with no limit on the number of exams.
  • Certification and Licensure Exam Fee Reimbursement: Get up to $350 per eligible certification or licensure exam, with no limit on the number of exams.
  • Adult Education Basics: Tuition assistance is available for ESOL, high school equivalency, preparatory, or remedial courses.

  • Online: Sign in to the Partnership’s Online Tuition Benefits Portal and follow the instructions above.
  • Paper Form: To submit a paper form, click here to download the Tuition Benefits Application Form (PDF).
